SHIPPING POLICY
We work with several courier companies (Correos Express and GLS). The shipments will have a fixed cost (for destinations within the Peninsula) as long as their weight does not exceed 2 kg, in this case the shipments will have a price of 3.50 Euros and the service we have contracted is delivery in 24 hours.
For purchases over €60 destined for Peninsular Spain, the shipping cost will be free.

Up to 1 Kg: 16 Eur Andorra.
Up to 2 Kg (with Post Office): 8 Eur for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Up to 1 Kg: 5.22 Eur Portugal.
Up to 1 Kg: 22.91 Eur Gibraltar.
Up to 1 Kg: 19.72 Eur Ceuta and Melilla
Up to 1 Kg: 9.78 Eur Mallorca (delivery in 48 hours)
Up to 1 Kg: 10 Eur Baleares Menores (delivery in 48 hours)
Europe and Rest of the world: we are working on it so that you can receive your orders at home as soon as possible and at the best price.
In order for these delivery times to be met, you must place the order before the cut-off time, which will be 2:00 p.m. Spanish time.After said cut-off time, the order will be processed the next day, since we cannot deliver it to the transport company.
In seasons of releases and sales, the delivery time may vary slightly. We always try to offer you the best service so that you receive your box full of inspiration as soon as possible.
EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with the order due to shipping problems or product defects, you can contact us at our emailinfo@mandarinandlima.comIf the product has a defect, do not forget to attach a photo showing the problem.Once the return is acceptedYou must send the product to the return address in your package, it depends on the circumstances of the change/revolution that will be studied on a case-by-case basis. You will be told if the shipment is at your expense or ours, or if the return of the product is necessary. Or another one will be sent to you at no cost.
If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, having to pay other shipping costs again for the reshipment of the merchandise.
In circumstances beyond our responsibility (strikes, special situations and force majeure) orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.
